I was having some anxiety the last few days before may 18th has arrived. My business was growing and people were calling me everyday. I got so busy and I forgot to take care of ME. I did not eat when I was hungry because I was talking to someone over the phone. I did not rest when I wanted to because I was on a conference call. As a result of doing that for a few weeks, my body finally collapsed. I had such low blood sugar levels that I felt numb and could not move.
